Council Plan and Annual Report

In 2007, the Council developed the current Five Year State Plan, effective from Federal Fiscal Year 2008 to Federal Fiscal Year 2012. The State Plan contains goals and objectives for the following areas of emphasis: Quality Assurance, Community Supports, Housing, Health, Education, Employment, Transportation, Recreation, and Child Care. The most current update is for Federal Fiscal Year 2009 which begins October 1, 2008.
